The platform will also make it possible to deliver psychological counseling to patients and caregivers.
- Building/spatial: IT support to the reorganization and re-functionalization of spaces, for the definition of variable spatial configurations according to the needs of the departments, the division into hot/cold or clean/clean routes in order to increase the flexibility and safety of hospital routes, definition of routes and flows of people to highlight any criticality and interference of flows, sensitization of spaces, location of services to create experiential support to the inpatient and help the staff in the management of daily and emergency activities supported by data collection from hospital systems, equipment and utilities.
